How to Sign Up?
Art show sign ups take place during workshops and business meetings before the art show. You will need to pay the panel fee to reserve your spot in the art show (in person with cash or cheque, or e-transfer)
Then, the next step is to drop off your paintings at the art show!
Please read the following if you wish to gain a full understanding of the requirements.
Art Show Qualification
To qualify for any art show Art Focus hosts, all and any members must follow the attendance and framing requirements, along with paying the art show fee ($15 for 2 panels minimum).
All participates must have attended at least 4 business meetings and 4 others of any type, counted from the last spring show. Meetings can be:
Business Meetings
Art Demos
Workshops
Art Salons
Club-sanctioned Community Events
Attendance Requirements
Attendance is recorded on the sign-in sheet at every meeting. Please initial at the beginning to mark your attendance.

Before any works are hung, they must pass quality control which will be handled by appointed members of the club. This will take place during art show set up on the day the event starts.
Framing requirements are located on the top of the members page under "Important Documents" or click here. Please check before every art show to ensure your work is properly framed.
During workshops or business meetings, members can bring their works to ensure they meet these requirements. Please wait for announcements for the appropriate times.
